Role Description

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the effective running of our operations.

Your role will involve arranging work schedules, receiving and managing correspondence, contacting customers, posting content on social media, and coordinating meetings.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages from clients and partners. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on social media platforms daily to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor interactions and respond to inquiries.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and regulate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and facilitating a positive customer experience.
  • Task Organization: Assist in organizing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, social media engagement, and operational efficiency to provide insights for management.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software.

  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
